Rochelle E. Johnson, 20, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle while license under restraint and compulsory insurance.

Robert William Garcia, 37, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of parole violation.

Saturday, April 5

Mark Louis Rinard, 44, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of second-degree assault, second-degree kidnapping, child abuse and obstruction of telephone or telegraph service.

Sunday, April 6

Jeffrey Aaron Southard, 33, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving on roadways laned for traffic, signals by hand or signal device, driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence.

Dennis Ray Green, 20, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order and illegal possession/consumption of ethyl alcohol by a minor.
