Michael Allen Hayes, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of theft by receiving, possession of hallucinogenic drugs, distribution of hallucinogenic drugs, possession of weapons by a previous offender, driving after revocation prohibited and sale of marijuana.

Raymond Vaughn Justice, 21, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle while license under restraint, theft by receiving, possession of hallucinogenic drugs, distribution of hallucinogenic drugs, possession of weapons by a previous offender, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful distribution/manufacture/dispensing/sale/possession, theft by receiving, possession of marijuana and sale of marijuana.

Friday, March 28

Shawnelle Louise Lira, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence.

Adam John Tucker, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion violating a restraining order, speeding, driving on roadways laned for traffic, open alcoholic beverage in motor vehicle, driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence.

Bobby Jo Warren, 28, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Jason Garrett Lloya, 41, of Las Cruces, N.M., was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Christopher Vincent Seewald, 26, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of second-degree assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer, third-degree assault, harassment, obstruction of telephone or telegraph service, domestic violence and crime of violating a restraining order.

I agree, granny! Looks like it was a good thing to build a new jail and more than double the bed space. Only problem is the politicians cut the original plan, which probably was a mistake. Can't wait to hear what negative statement "oldsage" will have for this one.
