Richard James Wieland, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of illegal possession/consumption of ethyl alcohol by a minor and obstruction of telephone or telegraph service.

Jason Scott Schumacher, 27, of Colorado Springs, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under restraint, head lamps on motor vehicles and habitual traffic offenses.

Ricardo Garcia, 48, of Lakewood, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicon of driving under the influence of alcohol and turning movements and required signals.
