Roy L. Wheeler, 31, of Helper, Utah, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Saturday, Oct. 27

David Kent Hammond, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under restraint.

Ricky Allison Ellis, 48, of Mountain City, Tenn., was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence and speeding.

Monday, Oct. 29

Frederick Jay Sellers II, 58, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving on roadways laned for traffic.
