Craig The Kiwanis Club of Craig would like to express an enthusiastic and deep felt thank you to the Craig Rotary Club for their sponsorship and hard work in decorating the town with American flags for Veterans Day.
Quite simply, the city looked great.
We are but two separate and distinct volunteer service organizations with different goals and service objectives. Yet, we are all part of this wonderful community, each trying to give back and improve the community we live in.
We owe so very much to our military veterans for the sacrifices they have made so we can all live, work and play freely in the most wonderful nation on earth. In our opinion, the flag display also pays tribute to the men and women who are currently serving our county in what is surely challenging and trying times. This community will never forget your sacrifice.
And so to the Craig Rotary Club, thank you again for a job well done.
With deepest respect and admiration,
The members of the Kiwanis Club of Craig
