Engagement: Bailey—Demlow

Scott and Jeanie Demlow, of Alvarado, Minn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Joy Beth Demlow, to Timothy Stuart Bailey, son of Bill Bailey, of Craig, and Cheryl Whipple, of Burlington.

The couple will be married Sept. 29 in Grand Forks, N.D.
