8 a.m. The Craig Downtown Business Association meets at Serendipity Coffee Shop, 576 Yampa Ave. The second Wednesday of each month is a meet-and-greet, hosted by a local business.

6 p.m. The Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary bingo is at the VFW Hall, 419 E. Victory Way. Open to the public. Contact Mary Walters, 824-2923.

6:30 to 7:30 p.m. There will be a mandatory meeting for students, and at least one of their parents, and adults going on this year's trip to Washington, D.C. and the Williamsburg, Va., area in June. Information concerning the trip, medical and behavioral forms and any other important information will be covered at this meeting at the Craig Middle School cafeteria. 5 p.m. A free community spring dance for the family, sponsored by the Brown's Hole Homemakers' Club, is at Lodore Hall in Browns Park. Doors open 5 p.m., and the dance begins at 7 p.m. Music is provided by the John-Wayne Band. Food will be available. Call 272-3213 or 269-3000.
