Jason Harold O'Connor, 35, of Grand Junction, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of possession of a defaced firearm, possession of synthetic narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under restraint, driver's vision obstructed, compulsory insurance, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and unlawfully providing/permitting juvenile possession of a gun.
