Juan Gabriel Marquez, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating restraining order.

Renee Dack, 42, a transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, compulsory insurance and failure to drive in a single lane.
