Three suspects arrested last year by the Greater Routt and Moffat Narcotic Enforcement Team and accused of drug-distribution charges appeared in court Tuesday.
GRAMNET arrested Justin Matthew Wright and Jesse David Aragon in December 2006 during a drug sweep that netted seven other suspects.
Wright is charged with conspiracy to sell or distribute marijuana, conspiracy to distribute or manufacture a schedule 2 controlled substance and two counts of marijuana distribution. District Court Judge Michael O'Hara scheduled a 3 p.m. Feb. 26 preliminary hearing for Wright, during which the defendant could enter a plea.
Aragon is charged with conspiracy to sell or distribute marijuana and marijuana distribution. Moffat County Court Judge Sandra Gardner scheduled Aragon's arraignment for 1 p.m. March 12.
GRAMNET arrested Erin June Walker in November 2006 with seven other suspects.
She has two cases pending against her, court officials said.
In the first case, she is charged with possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, failure to yield and no insurance.
In the second case, Walker is charged with distribution of a schedule 2 controlled substance and possession of more than one gram of a schedule 2 controlled substance.
Judge Gardner set arraignment hearings for both cases for 1 p.m. March 12.
