  • Approved final plat for Johnson Acres Minor Subdivision located north of Craig off County Road 31.
  • Approved a sketch/preliminary plat for Co-Dessa Properties Minor Subdivision, located on the curve on bypass road County Road 7: (approved by a 2-1 vote with Tayyara voting against to express concerns with setting a precedent using tax-payer dollars to clear culvert fouled by private development.)
  • Approved Eberle exemption subdividing 6 acres off of 256.8 acres about a mile west of Craig north of Highway 40.
  • Approved a right of way dedication for the new hospital
  • Approved Jordan Exemption separating 9.28 acres off of property
  • Approved division order with Beartooth Oil & Gas giving the Museum of Northwest Colorado 15 percent royalty on a well producing since August.
  • Approved personnel requisitions for two mechanics for the road department due to resignations
  • Approved personnel requisition for jail detention officer
  • Approved bid for two transport vans for the Sheriff's Office to low bidder Craig Ford
