Kathleen Helene Babb, 22, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic narcotics.
Bobby John Kalar, 31, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of domestic violence, obstruction of telephone or telegraph service, criminal mischief, harassment and child abuse.

Chayan Hernandez Soto, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
Jason Phillip-Wayne York, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault and domestic violence.
