A nationally-recognized management-level food safety certification course, ServSafe Restaurant Manager's Certification Course for Spanish Speakers, will be offered at the CSU Moffat County Extension Office. Registration includes course book, exam, and certificate of completion. Pre-study is required and necessary to pass the exam. Pre-register by calling Jill at 303-669-4024 before Jan. 16.
