Several mule deer were taken out of season, and two mule deer were shot and left, the DOW reported.
Rio Blanco County Road 142 is located north of Highway 64, about 15 miles west of Meeker.
A $2,500 reward will be given for information leading to the conviction of parties involved in the alleged poaching incident.
