Class of 1997 to reunite

— The Moffat County High School class of 1997's 10-year reunion is set for Sept. 21, during homecoming week.

Activities will begin with attending the football game Friday night and activities a banquet will continue Saturday.

Immunization clinic Aug. 30

Immunization requirements have changed. Your child may need shots before the next school year.

The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association in Craig, 745 Russell St., will be holding a walk-in immunization clinic for school immunizations from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30.

Shots are free for school children 5 and younger and $0 to $14 for children older than 5. No appointments necessary but all children must be accompanied by an adult and have a shot record. A Spanish interpreter will be available.

The VNA offers immunization clinics every week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday and Friday. Call 824-8233 with any questions or to make an appointment.

VNA, Haven annual meeting Aug. 29

The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association and The Haven will hold their annual meeting at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29 at the Craig VNA office, 745 Russell St.

A Board of Director's meeting will take place from 4 to 5 p.m. At 5 p.m. the board will join community members and staff in the Craig VNA lobby for a presentation, employee and board member recognition and refreshments.

This year's speaker is Tim Ray, a national consultant who will speak about the importance of healthcare and primary care. This is an open meeting and the public is welcome to attend. For more information, contact Suzi Mariano at the VNA, 879-1632.
