Thomas Douglas Miller, 35, of Cañon City, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of driving under the influence, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and stop lamps and turn signals.
Saturday, Sept. 23
Douglas Michael Platt, 46, of Casper, Wyo., was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.
Cristobal Enriquez Garcia, 22, of Basalt, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of driving under the influence, driving without a valid driver's license, no proof of registration, no proof of insurance, an accident involving damage, failure to report an accident, fictitious plates, criminal mischief and immigration violation.

Michael James Demarais, 30, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
