- William (Bill) R. Haggerty, 80, passed away Sept. 15, 2006, at the Orem Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Orem, Utah. He was born Nov. 9, 1925, in Craig. He was the oldest of eight children born to James M. Haggerty and Annie Jane Kerns Haggerty.
