10 a.m. Elks Lodge hosts its fundraising thrift shop behind the lodge on the Breeze Street alley.

11 a.m. Performances begin for the fifth annual Colorado Draft Horse Classic at the Garfield County Fairgrounds in Rifle. Two other shows begin at 3 and 7 p.m.

6:30 p.m. Racing concludes at the Hayden Speedway with the final races of the season. There will be street stock, sport stock, super streets and modifieds classes running.

5:30 p.m. The Craig branch of the Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St., hosts Ask-A-Lawyer for local residents who'd like help or information regarding a civil problem. The service is free for low-income residents and includes a private consultation for 10 to 15 minutes with a member of the Northwest Colorado Bar Association.
