Steven Leslie Faulkner, 51, of La Mesa, Calif., was booked into Moffat County Jail for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Edward Solano, 27, of Sterling, was booked into Moffat County Jail for criminal mischief and a parole violation.
