Noon. The Moffat County Clerk and Recorder's Office closes to allow for election training of workers prior to the Nov. 7 general election. Anyone with motor vehicle registration or other clerk and recorder needs are asked to attend to those between 8 and 11:30 a.m. Friday at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way.
