Scott and Rachel Guire, of Craig, announce the birth of their son, Joshua Duane Guire at 12:56 p.m. April 24, 2006, at Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs.

The baby weighed 5 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 inches long.

The baby was welcomed home by his brother, Luke.

Grandparents are Roger and Ellen Pugh, of Steamboat Springs, and Fred and Barbara Guire, of Craig.
