School program thanks local businesses
Education officials with the Moffat County Summer School programs want to thank several local businesses for their support this summer. McDonald's donated ice cream, the city's Parks and Recreation Department donated free swimming passes, and Kum & Go donated free drinks.
Paper seeks editorial board members
The Craig Daily Press seeks community members to serve on its editorial board.
The board is composed of Daily Press staff members and community members.
It meets at noon Mondays to discuss and form opinions on events and issues affecting Moffat County. The opinions are published as editorials expressing those views to readers.
The term begins July 3 and runs three months.
The Daily Press seeks a variety of backgrounds and viewpoints for the board.
