Stephanie Powers and Brad Goldsmith, of Craig, announce the birth of their son, Cyrus James Goldsmith, at 5:15 p.m. July 16, 2006, at The Memorial Hospital in Craig.

He weighed 7 pounds, 1.8 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Lloyd and Sandra Powers, of Craig, and paternal grandparents are Gail and John Goldsmith, of Craig.
