Linda Hedge: Parents deserve a choice of schools
To the editor:
This letter is to all parents and the Moffat County School District. I am a parent, and my children are grown, but I thank the Lord, my God, that I had the choice of how and where to educate my children. I believe that all parents should have that choice. There are parents in Dinosaur who are fighting for that same choice. I don't understand why it has to be such a battle. Can anyone tell me or the people of Dinosaur why we shouldn't have that choice? We should be coming together and working together as parents with a common cause, the education of our children. I appeal to the MCSD board to work with us instead of against us.
