Danyella Marie Fognani, 29, of Grand Junction, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under a restricted license, driving without insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unsafe vehicle.

Paul Ridenour, 40, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of possession of synthetic narcotics, violating a restraining order and possession of drug paraphernalia.
