Fifteen percent of Wendy's proceeds during the three-hour timeframe will go toward We See D.C., an annual trip for seventh- and eighth-graders that allows them to see Washington, D.C. 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. A water workshop will be held at Colorado Northwestern Community College. Issues and questions will be addressed concerning water usage from the Yampa River Basin to the seven-state Colorado River Basin. Call 824-1135.

6:30 p.m. Child Care Network, Moffat County School District and Moffat County Child Care Provider Association host a meeting about the development, implementation and expansion of community-based early childhood systems' request for proposals in the school board meeting room at 775 Yampa Ave. Another meeting is scheduled for Dec. 14.
