Friday, Sept. 23

Brian Joseph Lewis, 37, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Saturday, Sept. 24

Michael James Demaraais, 29, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on charges of driving under restraint and driving without insurance.

Sunday, Sept. 25

Richard Melmoth Stephenson, 71, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving on roadways lined for traffic.

Robert Scot Sovine, 38, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on roadways lined for traffic.

Grant Willey, 23, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on charges of criminal mischief and violating a restraining order.

Grant Michael Cramer, 19, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on a charge of criminal mischief.

Deputies took a report of an adult giving alcohol to a minor,

Saturday, Sept. 24

Deputies assisted jail staff with a report of illegal drug use by two inmates. The reports were for drug tests that inmates took previously that came back positive for the use of drugs, Sgt. Ken Uecker said.

Deputies contacted three boys for operating an off-road vehicle on a county roadway.

Sunday, Sept. 25

Deputies used a K-9 drug-sniffing dog on a vehicle in the parking lot of the Moffat County Public Safety Center for possible narcotics.
