All Moffat County libraries will be closed in observance of Labor Day.

1 p.m. The Moffat County High School volleyball team faces Union High School in the high school gym.

7 p.m. The Moffat County High School Class of 1995 will meet at the O.P. Bar and Grill for a 10-year reunion dinner. The buffet-style dinner is $20 a person. RSVP to Jolene Walls at 824-2214.

7:30 p.m. A bazaar benefiting the Landa-Perez family will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church after the 6:30 p.m. bilingual Mass. The bazaar will feature Mexican and American food, desserts, games and more. Call 824-5330.

1 p.m. There will be an open house in celebration of Verna Miller's 80th birthday at Sunset Meadows I, 633 Ledford St., in the dining hall.

Noon Boys & Girls Club orientation for parents is at the club. Orientation will be offered in English only. Parents must attend at least one orientation to enroll a child in the club.

The Meeker Classic Sheepdog Championship Trials are Sept. 7 to 11 in Meeker. There will be a craft fair, art contest, barbecue and other activities. Tickets will be sold at the gate only. A five-day pass for adults is $30. The pass for children ages 8 to 16 costs $15.

9 a.m. A high school golf tournament is at Yampa Valley Golf Course.
