Warden family thanks community for support
To the editor:
Nikalaus Warden and his family would like to thank all of our friends, churches and community members for all the prayers and concern during Nikk's brain surgery.
Nikalaus had lots of problems, which finally required more testing. To make a long story short, we ended up putting Nikk through brain surgery. They removed what is called "a caverus malformation."
Nikk did great with the surgery and is still doing wonderful. Nikk does school at home. Special thanks to Dr. Handler, his staff, his team and all of the nurses at Children's Hospital who took care of Nikk, for all their care and great hospitality while Nikk was in the hospital.
We are grateful to live in such a caring community.
