Advocates Crisis Support Services is looking for on-call hotline volunteers for the domestic violence/sexual assault program. A 40-hour training is required. If you are someone who wants to make a difference, call Karen at 824-9709.

The Visiting Nurse Association is seeking women 40 to 63 years old who have not scheduled a mammogram or women's health exam because of income restrictions. Women who need to schedule appointments should call the VNA at 824-8233 or 871-7659.

The Greenridge Mountaineers Square Dance Club won't meet today. The club will resume meeting every Friday at Hayden Congregational Church. Lessons are offered. The cost is $5.50 a person. Call Lois Norma at 824-6773.

A comedian will perform at 8 p.m. Tickets are $38 each for members and $42 each for non-members at the Chamber of Commerce. Beer and wine is available at a cash bar. Participants must be 21 or older.
