Craig Middle School teams split at Hayden
November 2, 2005
The Craig Middle School basketball teams traveled to Hayden on Tuesday night for two games. The seventh-grade team led throughout the game in a 40-14 win. The eighth-grade team lost a close 28-38 contest. Next up for the teams is a trip to Meeker on Saturday.
Big plans for next year

If the ability of the younger teams continues to the varsity level, the next Moffat County football squads will be big, with good defenses.

Jodie Lynn Stevenson was born Jan. 22, 1967, in Olney, Ill., to Jerl B. and Linda (Sifers) Stevenson. The family lived in Flora, Ill., before moving to Albuquerque, N.M. Jodie attended school in Albuquerque and Pampa, Texas, where she graduated from high school. She attended Amarillo Community College and West Texas State University.
Virginia Adeline Lieber (1922—2005)

Longtime Northwest Colorado resident Virginia A. Lieber passed away in her home at Sunset Meadows in Craig, Oct. 30, 2005. She was 83.

Looking for ways to slash costs as it prepares to build a $19 million facility, The Memorial Hospital on Wednesday laid off 10 employees and announced a sizeable restructuring that would change where some Moffat County residents receive health care.
