Schools supporting troops grateful for donations

To the editor:

Thank you very much for helping us get the message out about our project.

We received enough donations and games to fill three large boxes and we collected $64. A special thank you goes out to Pack Center Shipping, Jim and Sharon Stoddard for sending our packages to Greg Calim and Bravo Company in Iraq.

Our shipping fees were paid by the Pack Center donations fund, allowing us to spend our donated cash on more games. Thank you, community, for those wonderful donations. Fin--ally, for anyone who wants to donate to the shipping fund to Iraq, the jar at Pack Center/Empire Express Hobbies & Toys, 509 Yampa Ave., is just waiting for you.

Girl scouts appreciate publicity for cookie sales

To the editor:

The Craig Girl Scouts would like to thank the Craig Daily Press, Moffat County Morning News, KRAI Radio and K27 television for their support and coverage on the Girl Scouts for their cookie booth sales in February and March. Thank you to everyone who supported the Craig Girls Scout troops by purchasing Girl Scout cookies.
