CMS wrestlers 2nd at Montrose

The Craig Middle School wrestling team competed in Montrose om Saturday against 16 teams. The Bulldogs finished second as a team behind the Grand Mesa. Top six individual placers were: Seth Erikson, fourth; Craig Gearhart, fourth; Nathan Tomlin, first; Scott Mann, second; Troy Vernon, fourth; Jessie Breslin, sixth; Lyle Schaffner, first; Clancy Garoutte; Garrett Verplanck, second; Logan Foster, third.
The Bulldogs are in Hayden this weekend and then travel to the district championship March 12 in Meeker.
