A workshop on how to sell on eBay is being offered by the Small Business Development Center in Craig at the Center of Craig, 601 Yampa Ave.
Learn how to incorporate eBay into day-to-day business to encourage customers to buy locally. The workshop, instructed by an eBay certified instructor, includes using eBay as a marketing tool to attract new customers, sell inventory and look for great deals in equipment or supplies.
The workshop applies to a diverse range of business operations, including those featuring home-based arts and crafts. Computer skills are not required for this workshop. The workshop will be from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the CNCC classroom at the Center of Craig in the lower level. The class fee of $55 includes the book and handouts. Workshop offers advice on business financing
The governor's Office of Economic Development and International Trade and the Northwest Loan Fund will host an informational workshop about business financing options. The meeting will be at the Rangely campus of Colorado Northwestern Community College in the Johnson Building Banquet Room, 500 Kennedy Drive, in Rangely, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Community Block Grant meeting date changed
A public hearing previously scheduled for Jan.18 about the 2005-06 Community Services Block Grant has been changed to Tuesday in the Board of County Commissioners chambers of the Moffat County Courthouse. Call 824-8282.
