We would like to thank the residents of Moffat County for their generous donations of toys and money for the Christmas for Kids and Christmas for Seniors programs.
With your generosity we were able to provide toys for 317 Moffat County children and 159 Moffat County senior citizens, both increases from 2003.
Also, with the community's generosity, the toy boxes at The Memorial Hospital, Moffat County Advocates and the Boys and Girls Club were replenished.
We also thank Trapper Mine employees, Routt County Fire and Rescue, Super Car Wash, Kmart, Craig Chamber of Commerce, Bank of Colorado, First National Bank of the Rockies, Bank of the West, Maybell Rustlers, Elks Club, VFW Women, KRAI, Craig Daily Press, Bresnan Communications, Donalee Griffin, Larae Moon, Moffat County Morning News, Moffat County United Way, all direct designations as the Craig Police Department, Larry Cook, Dave DeRose, Centennial Mall and Red Cortner. Without them, it would have been impossible to keep the program going for the past 10 years.
Also, my sincere appreciation to the Elves: Roy, Kim, Betsy, Keith, Janette, Connie, Amy Charlotte, Jane, Seema, Bo, Brice, Carrie, Noel, Al, Corrie, Paula, Christy, Pam, Rick, Anthony, Cathy, Larry, Jeanette, Mary Beth, Deanna, Joyce, Ernie and Michelle, as well as members of Chapter AJ, PEO.
