Today

9 a.m. The Antique Snowmobile Show scheduled for today at Lou Wyman's Living History Museum, has been moved to the Centennial Mall. Registration begins at 9 a.m. Owners of snowmobiles made in 1984 or before are encouraged to participate. There will be a snowman-building contest with a prize of $200. 9 a.m. Tickets will be on sale for the 56th annual Maybell Play at the Maybell Store for one day only. Tickets are $4 per person for a performance on Saturday, Feb. 26, starting at 7 p.m. The play is the major a fund-raiser for the Maybell Women's Club. The club uses the money for a variety of community projects including maintaining the Maybell cemetery.

10 a.m. The Humane Society of Moffat County meets at the Golden Cavvy. Volunteers are welcome and needed. Call the Humane Society voice-mail at 870-7500.

5 p.m. "Kids Night Out" at the Boys and Girls Club. The event is sponsored by UK/USA exchange. There is a cost of $6 per child. Drop-off is from 5 to 7 p.m. with pick-up no later than 9 p.m. There will be crafts, gym activities, games, pizza, drinks and cookies. To reserve a spot, call Pamela Kinder at 824-0385 or register at the Boys and Girls Club.

5 p.m. The 10th annual Art Walk takes place in historic downtown Craig until 9 p.m. Local artists will display their works at downtown businesses. The evening features free admission to the museum and an art show at the Center of Craig, where patrons can buy chili and pottery at a CNCC fund-raiser.

6 p.m. The National Turkey Federation Banquet will be at the Holiday Inn in Craig. This group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the study and reclamation of turkey habitat. There will be several drawings and scholarship awards throughout the evening. The proceeds of the event support the many projects of the Federation. Tickets are $65 a couple and $15 for children. This year's banquet is dedicated to Bruce Johnson, a true turkey enthusiast. For more information, call Kristie Bruce at 824-0259.

6 p.m. The Rangely Chamber of Commerce hosts its annual Crab Crack at the Weiss Activity Center at Colorado Northwestern Community College. For more information, call the Chamber office at 675-5290.

Sunday, Feb. 13

8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. The First Christian Church, 960 W. Victory Way, in Craig will present a series of sermons, "Jesus, Man of Passion."

1:30 p.m. Bingo will be held at the VFW, 419 E. Victory Way. For more information, call 824-7145.

4 p.m. During a pastor vacancy at Faith Lutheran Church, 530 Green St., a pastor from the district circuit will conduct services each Sunday at 4 p.m. for Sunday school and adult Bible class. The worship service is at 5 p.m. Lenten soup suppers are at 5: 30 p.m. and devotions are at 7 p.m. during Lent. Call 824-3043 and leave a message.

5 p.m. Awana meeting at Calvary Baptist Church, 1050 Yampa Ave. in Craig, for children ages 3 through those in 12th grade. For more information, call Pastor Rod Compton at 824-5222.

6 p.m. Awana for seventh and eighth grades meets at First Baptist Church, 1150 W. Ninth St. Call Pastor Brian Haynes at 824-5926.

Monday, Feb. 14

10 a.m. The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association is offering immunizations every Monday and Friday. New clients should bring in their records 24 to 48 hours before their appointment dates. Children younger than 18 must be accompanied by their parents or present a signed permission slip from a parent. Medicaid recipients should bring their card. 4 p.m. The Craig branch of the Moffat County Library will be hosting a Valentine's Day Tea Party. Call 824-5116 for more information.

5:30 p.m. LIFE, a weight-loss group, meets Monday nights at Sunset Meadows I, 633 Ledford, in Craig. Weigh-in begins at 5:30 p.m., and the meeting begins at 6 p.m. Call Joan at 824-6611 or Ken Fleming at 824-6806.

6 p.m. Parents of children involved with AAU youth basketball are invited to a meeting at Craig Middle School to discuss the coaching situation.

7 p.m. Moffat County Search and Rescue will meet at the Public Safety Center, 800 W. First St. The team meets on the second Monday of every month For more information, call 826-4513.

7 p.m. High Plains Mustang Club meets the second Monday of the month at Sunset Meadows II, 633 Ledford, in Craig. For more information, call Patti 824-9505 or Dona at 824-0105.

Tuesday, Feb. 15

3:30 p.m. The first meeting of the Positive Change Group will be held at the Visiting Nurse Association in Craig. The mission of the group is to help and support others to create positive change in their lives. RSVP by calling Sandy at 824-8233, ext. 249.

6 p.m. As part of East Elementary's annual Jump for Heart program, there will be an obstacle course until 8 p.m. The course will show participants how to do a 30-minute exercise routine that is good for the heart.

7 p.m. The Craig Sea Sharks will have a parents meeting at Ridgeview Elementary in the library. Sea Sharks is a competitive swimming organization for children ages 5 to those in high school. For more information, call Mari Mahanna at 824-1749.

Wednesday, Feb. 16

11:30 p.m. There is a meeting of the Special Education Parents Advisory Committee at the Administration Building. Lunch is provided. The meeting is open to anyone interested in Special Education. RSVP by calling 826-4249.

5:30 p.m. The C.O.M.A fund-raising committee meets at the School Administration Building.

5:30 p.m. Every Wednesday during Lent, Faith Lutheran Church, 530 Green St., will have Lenten soup suppers with devotions at 7 p.m. For more information, call 824-3043 and leave a message.

7 p.m. Bingo is hosted every Wednesday at Craig VFW, 419 E. Victory Way, and is open to the public.

Thursday, Feb. 17

10 a.m. Children's story-hour is held at 10 and 11 a.m. each Thursday morning at the Moffat County Library, 570 Green St. Call 824-5116.
