11 a.m. There will be Mother's Day/May Day fashion show will be hosted by Under the Aspen Tree at Beef & Peppers banquet room in the Centennial Mall in Craig. Admission is canned goods, which will be donated to the Interfaith Food Bank.

Noon The Moffat County Healthy People 2010 initiative invites people interested in preparing more healthful meals to participate in the Healthy Lunch program until 1 p.m. at the CSU Extension Office, 539 Barclay St. Participants will help prepare eight quick and nutritious recipes, receive recipe booklets and learn more about nutritious eating. Register by calling 824-9180 by Monday. The cost is $2 a person.

Wednesday, May 4
8:30 a.m. Mothers of Preschoolers meets at Calvary Baptist, 1050 Yampa Ave., until 11a.m. The cost is $6, which includes breakfast, crafts and speakers. Children are welcome. Call 824-0101.

10 a.m. The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association is offering immunizations every Monday and Friday. New clients should bring in their records 24 to 48 hours before their appointments. Children younger than 18 must be accompanied by their parents or present a signed permission slip from a parent. Medicaid recipients should bring their cards. Call VNA at 824-8233.
