Moffat County School District Board of Education members are being fed the 2005-06 budget in small doses.
The assumption is that when they're ready to approve the 42-page document, they'll understand thoroughly each of its parts.
At Monday night's meeting, the board voiced no objections about how staff members had prioritized spending the $676,000 that is expected to be available in the capital reserve.
What the district will see is a new school bus, the outside of the high school and its swimming pool area will be painted and asphalt will be replaced at the Sunset Elementary School playground. The high school will get a second set of motorized bleachers, an overlay on the track and upgrades to the fire alarm.
Craig Middle School's share of the pot will pay for a continuously recording video system and some general construction.
Projects were prioritized ba-sed first on student safety, sec-ond on educational development, then aesthetics.
