But the Moffat County High School freshman and peers in her health class each knocked over at least a few cones Monday while driving a golf cart wearing “drunk goggles” — glasses that simulate drunken reactions — during a police-sponsored drill at the school.

- Two CAPS residents have walked away from the community corrections facility and been found by police within a 24-hour period in the past week. The most recent incidents make a total of five escapes from Craig’s Correctional Alternative Placement Services in about the past two months.
