Spc. Gregory Calim has been in the Army since March 2003. After enlisting, he was sent to Korea in August 2003. In August 2004, he was assigned to Kuwait and was sent to Iraq in the first week of September. Calim is a mechanic who works on tanks. He should arrive home in September 2005. Navy Lt. Nicole L. Shue, daughter of Dona Shue of Craig, assigned to the guided missile destroyer USS Preble, homeported in San Diego, recently reunited with Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) 3 after conducting training exercises in the Navy’s U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.

If you want help with voting, call Dave at 826-0833. We can help in Routt, Moffat and Rio Blanco counties. From 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday in the conference room of the Independent Living Center, 483 Yampa Ave., in Craig, Faith Gross of the Legal Center for People with Disabilities will give a presentation on the voting rights of people with disabilities. Our van will take people in the Craig area who wish to attend. County clerks, elected officials and anyone else interested in knowing more about voting rights are invited. Hackney, 44 was booked into the Moffat County Jail on a charge of failure to appear. • Randy Lee Page, 51, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on charges of disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and first-degree criminal trespass. • Lewis Tod Crofts, 36, was booked into the Moffat County Jail on charges of domestic violence and criminal mischief.
