The mission of the Compassionate Friends is to assist families toward the positive resolution of grief after the death of a child of any age and to provide information to help others be supportive. Noon Come help make and dine on pork green chili, potato-leek soup, sun-dried tomato dip and more at this month's Healthy Lunch program. The Moffat County Healthy People 2010 initiative invites people interested in learning to eat more healthfully to participate in the Healthy Lunch program from noon to 1 p.m. Friday at the CSU extension office, 539 Barclay St. Participants will help prepare the lunch meal, receive a recipe booklet and learn more about nutritious eating. Register by calling 824-9180 by Thursday. The cost is $2 a person.
