Laurel and David Linner of Steamboat Springs announce the birth of their daughter at 11:55 p.m. Feb. 23, 2004 at Yampa Valley Medical Center.

The baby weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces and was 18 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Larry and Leslie Herchline of Plain City, Ohio. Paternal grandparents are David and Evie Linner of Stillwater, Minn.
