The University of Idaho has announced its spring dean's list. Kelly Howle, a 2003 Moffat County graduate, was named to the Dean's List. Howle a student in the College of Letters, Arts and Social Sciences. To make the dean's list, undergraduate students must earn a GPA of 3.3 or better on 14 or more graded credits.
