Distelhorst is a program manager assigned to the Air Force Technical Applications Center, Patrick Air Force Base in Cocoa Beach, Fla. He is the son of Thomas E. and stepson of Dana J. Distelhorst of O’Fallon, Ill. His wife, Julie, is the daughter of Rodney and Penny Southwick of Craig. The lieutenant received a bachelor’s degree in 2002 from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.

If you are a Colorado resident, earn $38,900 family income or less and are purchasing a home in the Craig area, you could be eligible to win. This contest uses funds collected by the Colorado Association of Realtors’ Housing Opportunity Foundation (CARHOF). The Craig Association of Realtors is a real estate trade organization representing more than 25 members. The association supports private property rights and equal housing opportunities. CARHOF is a charitable foundation designed to provide funding for affordable housing projects across the state. To learn more about qualifying for this $5,000 drawing, call the Craig Association of Realtors at Brass Key Realty at (970) 824-7086. All entries must be received by Aug. 27.
