Craig police confiscated three-quarters of a pound of marijuana and ingredients commonly used in methamphetamine distribution during a raid Sunday.
With the assistance of the Moffat County Sheriff's Office, police raided the home of Jerry D. Flannery, 40, 1664 North Yampa Ave. The police seized digital scales and packaging materials along with the marijuana.
Sgt. Bill Leonard said there was no evidence methamphetamine was being manufactured in the residence. He declined to elaborate on what types of methamphetamine materials were seized, saying the investigation was ongoing.
Leonard said the police were not more or less concerned about either the marijuana or methamphetamine they confiscated.
"We're concerned about them both," he said.
Police arrested Tamara Leigh Locati, 46, along with Flannery and charged them both with two felonies: conspiracy and unlawful distribution, manufacturing, dispensing, sale or possession.
Leonard was not familiar with either person's legal history. He did not know how long the investigation against either Flannery or Locati had been underway.
Flannery and Locati are being held in the Moffat County Detention Center on $20,000 bond. The case will be referred to the District Attorney's Office for the filing of formal charges.
