Doug and Carleen Skroch of Craig and Earnest and Judy Schaaf of Delta are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Heidi Vetter to Jeff Schaaf.

Vetter is a 1998 graduate of Moffat County High School and is employed at Wells Fargo Bank in Delta.

Schaaf is a 1991 graduate of Delta High School and a 1998 graduate of Colorado State University. He is employed at E. Schaaf & Associates in Delta and is a Delta city councilman.

An Aug. 14, 2004, wedding will be held in Delta.
