7:30 a.m. Craig City Golf Tournament will be held at the Yampa Valley Golf Course, 2170 Highway 394, in Craig. The entry fee is $36 a person and deadline to enter is noon on Friday. The Yampa Valley Golf Course will be closed until 2 p.m. for the tournament. Call 824-3673.

8 a.m. The ABATE pledge ride fundraiser begins at the Moose Lodge in Rifle. The roundtrip ride over Grand Mesa will be about 225 miles. This event is open to all licensed motorcyclists. Call 309-0910 or 675-8897.

10 a.m. Moffat County Mud Madness will be held at Loudy Simpson Park. Come watch action packed 4X4 mud racing. Spectator admission is $7 for adults, $3 for youths 7 to 12, and children 6 and younger are free. Contestant classes are four-, six-, eight-cylinder, open and snowmobiles.
