Lisa Carter and Ben Carter of Pinedale, Wyo., announce the birth of their son, Braiden Cloyce Carter, at 4:55 p.m., July 28, 2004, at Yampa Valley Medical Center.

The baby weighed 8 pounds, 11.5 ounces, and was 20.5 inches long.

Grandparents are Ron and Becky Goodrich of Steamboat Springs, and Bob and Sherry Carter of Steamboat Springs.
