There will be a memorial service Saturday, Sept. 27, 2003, for Edward James "Smokey" Kiser, at the Assembly of God at 1150 E. 9th Street at 1:00 p.m. There will be a wake following the services at 456 Yampa Ave. at the Elkhead Apartments.
