To the Editor:

I like living here, but I don't like what is happening with our county commissioners (Steele excepted). They are like little children in a candy store -- wanting everything, not to worry, it's not our money. We want this, it's not paid for -- so start more projects, oh yes, throw a few trips in. Our assistants or our assistant's assistants can cover for us.

I hope the election woke them up to perhaps the candy store is closed down, before it went bankrupt. The rec center would possibly pay for itself. Not like our "wonderful" safety center, which depends on taking from general funds, etc.
